The invention discloses a detection and identification method and device based on overlapping window constraint. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-source traffic data; extracting feature data of the multi-source traffic data, and constructing a traffic feature data set; constraint condition setting is carried out on interested features in the traffic feature data set, redundant features are screened out, and windows corresponding to constraint conditions are established; wherein only corresponding feature types conforming to constraint conditions are contained behind the window; combining the windows corresponding to different constraint conditions to construct a stacked window, so that the output of the stacked window can reflect comprehensive characteristics with explainable physical meanings; and the comprehensive features are fused with a preset network model, a deep neural network with interpretability is constructed, and detection and identification of different traffic events are completed according to actual traffic data. According to the method, when multi-source traffic data with huge information amount is processed, the data amount is greatly compressed, and convenient preconditions are provided for subsequent processing and statistical analysis of different types of traffic characteristics.

    本发明公开了一种基于叠视窗约束的探测识别方法与装置,该方法包括:获取多源交通数据;提取多源交通数据的特征数据,构建交通特征数据集;对交通特征数据集中感兴趣的特征进行约束条件设置,筛除冗余特征,建立约束条件对应的视窗;其中,视窗后只包含符合约束条件的相应特征类型;将不同约束条件对应的视窗进行组合,构建叠视窗,使叠视窗的输出能够反映具有可解释物理含义的综合特征;将综合特征与预设网络模型相融合,构建具有可解释性的深度神经网络,进而根据实际交通数据完成对不同交通事件的探测与识别。本发明能够在处理信息量巨大的多源交通数据时,大大压缩数据量,并且对不同种类交通特征的后续处理以及统计分析提供便利的先决条件。
