本发明属于车路协同交通控制领域,提供了一种车路协同环境下交叉口交通信号精细化优化方法及装置。其中,该方法包括初始化当前控制周期的开始时刻为0时刻,基于进入控制区域内车辆的状态,对每条车道上的车辆进行车队划分,根据车队划分结果,得到当前控制周期考虑的车队信息及车辆的初始状态;根据车辆初始状态信息,计算每个车队头车和最后一辆车的最早到达交叉口时间以及每个车队紧密跟驰状态下的车队车头时距,形成车队特征;基于车队特征及信号配时优化模型,得到当前控制周期的信号配时方案的参数;所述信号配时方案的参数包括相位次序以及各相位开始时间和持续时长。
