The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a gantry crane rail transfer method which comprises a jacking device, a walking driving device, a transverse walking mechanism and a transverse guide rail. The two pairs of jacking devices are fixed to the two ends of a lower cross beam of the gantry crane respectively, the lower end of each jacking device is connected with a transverse walking mechanism, walking driving devices are fixed to the jacking devices and connected with the transverse walking mechanisms to provide power, and transverse guide rails are perpendicularly connected with original longitudinal guide rails of the gantry crane. The problem that a gantry crane in the prior art can only advance in a single direction and cannot directly run to a parallel area for hoisting is solved, the gantry crane is reasonable in structural design, clear in force transmission, low in cost and capable of being conveniently connected with a main body structure of the gantry crane due to the fact that the self weight of the gantry crane is light, and the gantry crane is convenient to use. The heavy object transferring efficiency of the gantry crane is improved to a great extent, and the increase of material and human input is avoided.

    本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,具体涉及一种龙门吊变轨方法,包括顶升装置、行走驱动装置、横向行走机构和横向导轨。顶升装置有两对,分别固定在龙门吊下横梁的两端,每一个顶升装置的下端连接一个横向行走机构,顶升装置上固定有行走驱动装置,行走驱动装置与横向行走机构连接提供动力,横向导轨与龙门吊原有的纵向导轨垂直连接,克服了现有技术中龙门吊只能单一方向前进,无法直接运行到平行区域进行吊装的问题,其结构设计合理,力的传递清晰,组成部件均为较常用设备及材料,成本较低,且由于其结构自身重量较轻,可较为方便的实现与龙门吊主体结构的连接,较大程度的提高了龙门吊对于重物的转运效率,避免了增加物资及人力投入。
