The invention provides an offshore electrical platform integrated with a ship charging device and a charging method. The ship charging device is arranged on the outer side, opposite to a wind power plant, of the offshore electrical platform or on the side close to a channel. A berthing device is arranged on the side of the lower structure, and the overhanging structure on the side of each layer of the upper module does not exceed the outermost edge of the berthing device; the charging device comprises a fixed rotating column, a telescopic supporting frame and a movable end off-ship device, and the position of the movable end off-ship device can be adjusted in the three-axis direction so as to adapt to different ships and different charging port positions caused by different stopping modes. And a buffer device is arranged at the bottom of the supporting module. The charging device can be directly arranged on the offshore electrical platform for direct charging, so that the installation cost of charging facilities is reduced, meanwhile, the safety of the offshore electrical platform is guaranteed, and the offshore electrical platform can be suitable for berthing and charging of ships of different sizes.

    本发明提供了一种集成船舶充电装置的海上电气平台及充电方法,船舶充电装置设置在平海上电气台相对风电场的外侧或靠近航道侧;下部结构在该侧设置靠船装置,上部组块各层在该侧的外挑结构不超过靠船装置最边缘;充电装置包括固定旋转柱、伸缩支撑架、移动端下船设备,能三轴方向上调节移动端下船设备的位置,以适应不同的船舶、不同的停靠方式导致的充电口位置不同;所述支撑模块的底部设置缓冲装置。本发明既能够在海上电气平台直接设置充电装置直接进行充电,从而降低充电设施的安装成本,同时,又保证海上电气平台的安全及能够适于大小不同的船舶停靠充电。
