The invention relates to an environment-friendly solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber composition for tire treads and a preparation method thereof, the composition comprises dry glue of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber cement and ultra-high dispersion type nano white carbon black in a mass ratio of 1: (0.8-1.2), and the surface of the ultra-high dispersion type nano white carbon black is coated with a hydroxylated light rare earth element separant. The hydroxylated light rare earth element separant is prepared by the following steps: generating unsaturated carboxylic acid soap from a light rare earth metal oxide, a polyhydroxy aromatic compound and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ligand, and then reacting the unsaturated carboxylic acid soap with a linear chain segment [-PS-BR-] n, which is synthesized by taking alkyl lithium as an initiator and styrene and butadiene as reaction monomers, and carrying out graft polymerization under the initiation action of peroxide. Wherein PS is a homopolymer block of styrene; bR is a homopolymer block of 1, 3-butadiene; n is a positive integer greater than 1. The nano white carbon black is endowed with super dispersibility in a solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber matrix, so that the composition has the advantages of wet skid resistance, low rolling resistance, high strength and the like.

    本发明涉及一种环保型轮胎胎面用溶聚丁苯橡胶组合物及其制备方法,组合物包括质量比为1:0.8~1.2的溶聚丁苯胶浆的干胶和超高分散型纳米白炭黑,超分散型纳米白炭黑的表面包覆有一种羟基化轻稀土元素隔离剂,羟基化轻稀土元素隔离剂是由轻稀土金属氧化物与多羟基芳香族化合物和不饱和羧酸配体生成不饱和羧酸皂,然后与以烷基锂为引发剂,以苯乙烯和丁二烯为反应单体合成出的线性链段[‑PS‑BR‑]n,在过氧化物引发作用下进行接枝聚合后制得;其中PS为苯乙烯的均聚物嵌段;BR为1,3‑丁二烯的均聚物嵌段;n为大于1的正整数。该发明赋予纳米白炭黑在溶聚丁苯橡胶基体中的超分散性,使组合物有抗湿滑、低滚阻、高强度等优点。
