The automobile electric power steering system double-shaft motor comprises a machine shell, a high-voltage winding, a low-voltage winding, a monitoring unit and a low-voltage controller. A first containing space and a second containing space are constructed in the machine shell, and the first containing space and the second containing space are not communicated. The high-voltage winding is contained in the first containing space and used for providing power-assisted steering when the vehicle runs normally, and the monitoring unit is connected with the high-voltage winding and used for monitoring the rotating speed of the high-voltage winding; the low-voltage winding is contained in the second containing space and connected with the monitoring unit, and the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the rotating speed of the low-voltage winding and connected with the low-voltage controller. The high-voltage winding and the low-voltage winding are separately designed, the influence on the low-voltage winding when the high-voltage winding is damaged is avoided, no feed is generated to the low-voltage winding when the high-voltage winding runs, and the high-voltage and low-voltage switching response time is effectively shortened.
