The invention discloses an automobile electric power steering system double-shaft motor and a control method. The automobile electric power steering system double-shaft motor comprises a machine shell, a high-voltage winding, a low-voltage winding, a monitoring unit and a low-voltage controller. A first containing space and a second containing space are constructed in the machine shell, and the first containing space and the second containing space are not communicated. The high-voltage winding is contained in the first containing space and used for providing power-assisted steering when the vehicle runs normally, and the monitoring unit is connected with the high-voltage winding and used for monitoring the rotating speed of the high-voltage winding; the low-voltage winding is contained in the second containing space and connected with the monitoring unit, and the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the rotating speed of the low-voltage winding and connected with the low-voltage controller. The high-voltage winding and the low-voltage winding are separately designed, the influence on the low-voltage winding when the high-voltage winding is damaged is avoided, no feed is generated to the low-voltage winding when the high-voltage winding runs, and the high-voltage and low-voltage switching response time is effectively shortened.

    本发明公开了一种汽车电动助力转向系统双轴电机及控制方法,包括机壳、高压绕组、低压绕组、监测单元和低压控制器;机壳内构造成第一容置空间和第二容置空间,第一容置空间和第二容置空间之间不连通;高压绕组容置于第一容置空间内,用于车辆正常行驶时提供转向助力,监测单元与高压绕组连接,用于监测高压绕组的转速;低压绕组容置于第二容置空间内,低压绕组与监测单元连接,监测单元用于监测低压绕组的转速,监测单元与低压控制器连接。本发明公开中高压绕组和低压绕组分开设计,避免高压绕组损坏时对低压绕组的影响,且高压绕组运行时对低压绕组无馈电产生,有效缩短了高低压切换响应时间。
