The invention relates to an elevator fault prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The elevator fault prediction method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring real-time elevator data; s2, the time sequence data of the elevator running process are preprocessed; s3, performing trend decomposition on the data based on the preprocessed data, and performing stationarity test on a decomposed residual item; s4, obtaining prediction data by using an exponential smoothing method; s5, judging data characteristics by utilizing a sliding mean value/standard deviation, and calculating by adopting an exponentially weighted decay two-group change point detection algorithm; and S6, based on a change point analysis result, establishing an ARIMA model based on the last segment of stationary data, and combining with an exponential smoothing prediction result. According to the elevator fault prediction method, misjudgment caused by possible non-stationarity of the time sequence data is considered, the prediction precision is high, and a real-time maintenance basis can be provided for maintenance personnel.

    本发明涉及一种电梯故障预测的方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。电梯故障预测的方法包括步骤:S1、获得实时电梯数据;S2、针对电梯运行过程的时间序列数据进行预处理;S3、基于预处理后的数据对数据进行趋势分解,对分解后的残差项进行平稳性检验;S4、利用指数平滑方法获得预测数据;S5、利用滑动均值/标准差判断数据特征,采用指数加权衰减的二分组变点检测算法计算;S6、基于变点分析的结果,基于最后一段平稳数据建立ARIMA模型,结合指数平滑预测结果。依据本发明的电梯故障预测的方法,考虑时序数据可能存在的非平稳性带来的误判,其预测精度高,能够给维修人员提供实时检修依据。
