The front suspension damping device comprises a front fork pipe, a front damper, a front axle, a rocker arm and a spring torsion column, the spring torsion column is located on the rear side of a front wheel and is parallel to the front axle, the front fork pipe is bent backwards, and the lower end of the front fork pipe is fixedly connected with the end of the spring torsion column; the front damper is connected between the front wheel shaft and the bending part of the front fork pipe; the rocker arm is connected between the end part of the front wheel shaft and the end part of the spring torsion column on the same side; the two ends of the spring torsion column can bear torque so as to absorb torsional vibration on the two sides of the front fork pipe. The spring torsion column capable of being twisted is additionally arranged between the damper springs on the left side and the right side, the spring torsion column is in a suspension beam state, the spring torsion column can be transversely arranged behind the wheel through the width space of the wheel, the spring torsion column and the wheel shaft are connected through a vibration torsion transmission piece (a front fork pipe), and elastic torsion damping is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种三轮摩托车前悬挂减振装置,包括前叉管、前阻尼器、前轮轴、摇臂及弹簧扭柱,所述弹簧扭柱位于前车轮后侧并与所述前轮轴平行,所述前叉管向后折弯且下端部与所述弹簧扭柱端部固定连接,所述前阻尼器连接于所述前轮轴与所述前叉管折弯部之间,所述摇臂连接于位于同侧的前轮轴端部与所述弹簧扭柱端部之间;所述弹簧扭柱两端可以承受扭矩以吸收前叉管两侧的扭转振动。本发明在左右两侧减振弹簧之间增加一个可以扭动的弹簧扭柱,并且使弹簧扭柱处于悬梁状态,该弹簧扭柱能够利用车轮宽度空间横向设置于车轮后方,使弹簧扭柱与车轮轴之间通过振动扭力传递件(前叉管)连接,实现弹性扭转减振。
