The brake-by-wire device for the small vehicle comprises a brake master cylinder, a brake master cylinder fixing support, a ball head ejector rod, a locking nut, a U-shaped push rod, a push rod motor fixing main support, a push rod motor fixing auxiliary support, a first pin shaft, a first cotter pin, a push rod motor, a second pin shaft, a second cotter pin, an automatic driving controller, a whole vehicle controller and a fuse. And a five-pin relay and an eight-pin relay. The automatic driving controller sends a voltage building command to the whole vehicle controller according to the calculated braking requirement, the whole vehicle controller controls the five-pin relay and the eight-pin relay to conduct forward power supply contact connection according to the received braking hydraulic pressure command, forward power supply is transmitted to the push rod motor, the push rod motor rotates forwards after receiving the forward power supply, and the push rod motor rotates backwards after receiving the forward power supply. And after the front end of the ball head ejector rod is in contact with the inner wall of the brake master cylinder piston, a front cavity and a rear cavity of the brake master cylinder piston are further pushed, so that corresponding hydraulic pressure is established in a brake pipeline, and the vehicle is decelerated and even stopped.

    本发明小型车用线控制动装置包括制动主缸、制动主缸固定支架、球头顶杆、锁紧螺母、U型推杆、推杆电机固定主支架、推杆电机固定副支架、第一销轴、第一开口销、推杆电机、第二销轴、第二开口销、自动驾驶控制器、整车控制器、保险丝、五脚继电器以及八脚继电器。自动驾驶控制器根据计算出的制动需求,发送建压命令至整车控制器,整车控制器根据接收到的制动液压力指令,控制五脚继电器、八脚继电器进行正向供电触点接通,将正向供电传输至推杆电机,推杆电机在接到正向供电后,进行正转,推动U型推杆、球头顶杆前移,球头顶杆前端与制动主缸活塞内壁接触后,进一步推压制动主缸活塞前后腔,使制动管路里建立相应液压力,实现车辆减速甚至停车。
