The invention discloses an electric vehicle self-walking control method and a motor controller, and the method comprises the steps that in the vehicle self-walking control process, a starting instruction of a whole vehicle controller is received; controlling the vehicle to enter an autonomous control mode based on the start instruction, collecting the actual position of a motor, calculating the current traveled length of the vehicle according to the actual position, and comparing the preset current assembly line length with the current traveled length; and when the lengths are equal, a steering request is sent to a vehicle control unit, so that the vehicle control unit controls the vehicle to steer according to a preset direction at a preset steering rotating speed and enters a next assembly line, and otherwise, the vehicle is controlled to walk on the current assembly line at a constant speed at a preset speed. Therefore, the technical problems that in the related technology, the cost of a vehicle part assembly production line is high, an overall joint debugging test needs to be carried out, consumed time is long, and meanwhile flexibility and universality are poor are solved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车自行走的控制方法及电机控制器,其中,方法包括:在车辆自行走控制的过程中,接收整车控制器的开始指令;基于开始指令控制车辆进入自主控制模式,采集电机的实际位置,并根据实际位置计算车辆的当前已行走长度,比较预设的当前装配线长度和当前已行走长度;在长度相等时,发送转向请求至整车控制器,使得整车控制器以预设的转向转速控制车辆按预设方向转向,进入下一个装配线,否则以预设速度控制车辆在当前装配线上匀速自行走。由此,解决了相关技术中,车辆零部件装配产线成本较高,且需要经过整体联调测试,耗费时间较长,同时灵活性、泛用性较差的技术问题。
