The embodiment of the invention provides a two-gear electric driving system and a control method thereof, in the compact two-gear electric driving system, a synchronizing mechanism and a clutch are arranged on an input shaft, and a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism output power of the input shaft to an intermediate shaft through the synchronizing mechanism; the second transmission mechanism outputs power of the input shaft to the intermediate shaft through the clutch, and the third transmission mechanism outputs power of the intermediate shaft to wheels. Thus, the motor, the gears, the clutch device, the synchronizing device and the like are highly structured and integrated, high-performance output of two gears is achieved, meanwhile, the synchronizing mechanism is arranged on the input shaft, the problem that the axial length space is enlarged due to the fact that the synchronizing mechanism and the third transmission mechanism are arranged on the middle shaft is solved, the structure between the gears is more compact, and the transmission efficiency is improved. The total axial size is effectively reduced, arrangement of a small vehicle chassis is facilitated, and practical significance is achieved for platform-based expansion and application of products.

    本申请实施例提供一种两挡电驱系统及其控制方法,该紧凑型两挡电驱系统中,同步机构和离合器设于输入轴上,第一传动机构和第二传动机构通过同步机构将输入轴的动力输出至中间轴,第二传动机构通过离合器将输入轴的动力输出至中间轴,第三传动机构将中间轴的动力输出至车轮。这样,通过将电机、齿轮、离合装置、同步装置等进行高度结构化集成,实现两挡的高性能输出,同时,将同步机构置于输入轴上,避免了与第三传动机构同置于中间轴而带来的轴向长度空间加大的问题,齿轮间结构更加紧凑,有效缩小了总的轴向尺寸,有利于小型车底盘布置,对产品平台化的拓展应用具有实际意义。
