The control surface is filled with polystyrene foam, the upper mold and the lower mold are subjected to mold pressing integrated forming, the control surface skin and the polystyrene foam are cured together to obtain the unmanned aerial vehicle control surface, the quality problem caused by secondary gluing of all parts of the control surface is avoided, the production efficiency is high, and the overall structure consistency is good; the structure of beams and ribs is omitted, the dead weight of the control surface is reduced, the process is simplified, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及无人机复合材料成型技术领域,具体为一种无人机舵面成型方法及无人机舵面,包括以下步骤:设计并制作无人机舵面的上、下模具;选择预浸料和发泡胶,计算预浸料的铺层方向和铺设层数;计算发泡胶的铺设层数;将预浸料铺设在上、下模具型腔表面;将预埋件放置在上、下模具的型腔内,在预浸料表面铺贴发泡胶;加压加温至发泡胶发泡膨胀,完成无人机舵面的成型。本发明采用舵面内部填充发泡胶,采用上、下模具模压一体成型,舵面蒙皮与发泡胶一起固化得到无人机舵面,避免舵面各部件二次胶接引起的质量问题,生产效率高,整体结构一致性好;取消梁和肋的结构,减轻舵面的自重,简化了工序,降低了成本。
