The invention discloses a large-diameter concrete pipeline winch internal pulling installation device which comprises a driving component and a pushing component which are arranged at the two ends of a pipeline respectively. The driving part is fixedly arranged on the fixed seat; a first cross beam is fixedly arranged on the fixing base, and the first cross beam is arranged in the diameter direction of the pipeline and abuts against an end opening of the pipeline. The pushing part is fixedly arranged on the moving seat; at least one pull ring is arranged on one side, facing the pipeline, of the pushing component; the driving end of the driving part is connected with the hook through a rope, and the hook is hooked with the pull ring; and the pushing part is driven by the driving part to drive the pipeline to move towards the driving part. The structure is simple and reasonable, and the manufacturing cost is low. The windlass is installed on the fixing base, an anchoring pier does not need to be built on site, pulling force of the windlass in the rope winding process is in the opposite direction, the pipelines can be in butt joint in the axial direction, manual prying and lifting by multiple persons are not needed, and operation is more convenient and saves more labor.

    本发明公开了一种大直径混凝土管道卷扬机内拉安装装置,它包括分别设置在管道两端的驱动部件和推移部件;驱动部件固定设置在固定座上;固定座上固定设有横梁一,且横梁一沿管道直径方向布置并顶触在管道的端口处;推移部件固定设置在移动座上;推移部件朝向管道方向的一侧设有至少一个拉环;驱动部件的驱动端通过绳索与挂钩连接,且挂钩与拉环钩接;推移部件在驱动部件的驱动下带动管道朝向驱动部件的方向移动。本发明结构简单合理,制作成本低廉。卷扬机安装在固定座上,无需现场垒砌锚固墩,卷扬机在收卷绳索时的拉力为相对方向,管道之间能够实现轴向方向的考虑对接,无需多人手动撬抬,操作更加方便省力。
