The invention discloses a high-modulus high-temperature-resistant dynamic shear fatigue tire rubber composition and a preparation method thereof. The rubber composition for the high-modulus high-temperature-resistant dynamic shear fatigue tire is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of natural rubber, 5 to 15 parts of isoprene rubber, 10 to 20 parts of butadiene rubber, 3 to 15 parts of liquid butadiene rubber, 15 to 30 parts of medium super wear-resistant carbon black, 25 to 40 parts of semi-reinforced carbon black, 0.3 to 1.5 parts of sulfur, 2 to 4 parts of insoluble sulfur and 1 to 1.5 parts of accelerant. The high-modulus high-temperature-resistant dynamic shear fatigue tire rubber composition adopts the natural rubber, the isoprene rubber and the butadiene rubber in specific compatibility, so that the rubber composition has the properties of high temperature resistance, high modulus, low heat generation, shear fatigue resistance, tensile resistance, high tear strength and the like, and large-scale production can be realized; and the application requirements of the lining layer of a non-pneumatic tire or a solid tire are met.

    本发明公开了一种高模量耐高温动态剪切疲劳的轮胎用橡胶组合物及其制备方法。本发明的高模量耐高温动态剪切疲劳的轮胎用橡胶组合物包括如下重量份组分:天然橡胶70~90份,异戊橡胶5~15份,顺丁橡胶10~20份,液体丁二烯橡胶3~15份,中超耐磨炭黑15~30份,半补强炭黑25~40份,硫磺0.3~1.5份,不溶性硫磺2~4份,促进剂1~1.5份。本发明高模量耐高温动态剪切疲劳的轮胎用橡胶组合物采用天然橡胶、异戊橡胶、顺丁橡胶以特定配伍并用,使橡胶组合物兼具耐高温、高模量、低生热、耐剪切疲劳、抗拉伸、撕裂强度高等性能,且可实现规模化生产,满足非充气轮胎或实心胎的内衬层的应用需求。
