The invention provides a counterweight hoisting method of an adjustable combined balance beam for a crown block, and relates to the technical field of crown block hoisting. The method comprises the following steps that a main beam and an auxiliary beam are manufactured, and lifting lugs are welded to the two ends of the lower surface of the main beam correspondingly; and the main beam and the auxiliary beam are combined and fixed into the balance beam. And determining the type of the crown block, when a main hook of the crown block is a gantry lifting hook group, firstly lifting the counterweight by using the gantry lifting hook group, then lifting the balance beam by using an auxiliary hook of the crown block, penetrating one end of the balance beam under a cross beam of the gantry lifting hook group, connecting a lifting lug, close to one end of the counterweight, on the balance beam with the counterweight, and then connecting the other lifting lug with a lifting piece for lifting. When the main hook and the auxiliary hook of the crown block are common single lifting hooks, the balance beam is lifted by the main hook and the auxiliary hook firstly, then the balance weight is connected to one lifting lug of the balance beam, the lifting piece is connected to the other lifting lug, and lifting is carried out. The method is easy and convenient to operate, the balance beam is convenient to disassemble, assemble and combine, and the method can be suitable for hoisting hanging pieces with different weights.

    本发明提供一种天车用可调组合式平衡梁的配重吊装方法,涉及天车吊装技术领域。本方法按以下步骤进行:制作主梁和副梁,在主梁下表面的两端分别焊接吊耳。将主梁和副梁组合固定成平衡梁。确定天车类型,当天车的主钩为龙门吊钩组时,先用龙门吊钩组将配重吊起,再用天车的副钩将平衡梁吊起,将平衡梁一端穿入龙门吊钩组横梁正下方,并将平衡梁上靠近配重一端的吊耳与配重连接,再将另一个吊耳与吊件连接,进行吊装。当天车的主钩和副钩均为普通单吊钩时,先用主钩和副钩将平衡梁吊起,再将配重连接在平衡梁的一个吊耳上,将吊件连接在另一个吊耳上,进行吊装。本方法操作简便,平衡梁的拆装组合方便,能够适用于不同重量吊件的吊装。
