The invention discloses a takifugu type bionic robotic fish driven by shape memory alloy, which comprises a bionic fish base body, a pectoral fin, a flexible skin, a stroke amplification mechanism and a memory alloy wire driving mechanism, the stroke amplification mechanism and the memory alloy wire driving mechanism are arranged in the base body, and two ends of the stroke amplification mechanism are respectively connected with the pectoral fin and the memory alloy wire driving mechanism; the pectoral fin comprises an upper swing part and a lower swing part which are of a Z-shaped structure, the two vertically-extending ends are a water facing part and a connecting part respectively, the front face of the water facing part is an arc face, and the back face of the water facing part is a plane. When current is applied, the shape memory alloy wire contracts, the stroke amplification mechanism drives the pectoral fins to swing backwards, water flow behind pushes the back face of the water facing part, and the pectoral fins are opened to provide forward power for the bionic fish. When current application is stopped, the shape memory alloy wire recovers to the original length, the spring pushes the sliding block and the memory alloy wire to the initial position, the stroke amplification mechanism drives the pectoral fin to swing forwards, the front water flow pushes the front face of the upstream part of the swing structure and the fins to be closed, and resistance is reduced.
