A vehicle deck lifting system for a vessel comprises: a main rod passing through a first vehicle deck, a second vehicle deck,..., and an Nth vehicle deck (in this case, N is a natural number greater than two) arranged in succession; a driver that moves the main lever forward or backward in a longitudinal direction in which the vehicle deck is arranged; and a first deck elevator, a second deck elevator,..., and an Nth deck elevator, which are arranged at positions corresponding to the first vehicle deck, the second vehicle deck,..., and the Nth vehicle deck, and selectively fixed to the main rod to raise or lower a vehicle deck disposed at a corresponding position according to forward or backward movement of the main rod.
