The invention relates to a heading machine downhill stepping device and a heading machine downhill stepping method, and belongs to the technical field of tunneling. The stepping device comprises a stepping frame which is used for being arranged on a stepping plane and supporting and fixing a heading machine main machine, an anti-slip system is arranged on the stepping frame, and the anti-slip system comprises a telescopic power mechanism and an anti-slip piece connected to the front end of the telescopic power mechanism. A top pressing surface which is in top pressing fit with a cutter head of a heading machine main machine and is high in front and low in back is arranged on the anti-slip piece; when the heading machine main machine steps, the anti-slip piece moves forwards to the front of the cutterhead, so that the anti-slip system synchronously moves forwards along with the stepping frame; when stepping is finished or a main machine of the heading machine slides downwards, the anti-slip piece moves backwards to the position of the cutter head and enables the jacking face to make jacking contact with the cutter head, then the anti-slip piece is pressed downwards through the dead weight of the cutter head, the anti-slip piece makes close contact with the stepping plane, the main machine of the heading machine is prevented from sliding downwards, and the good anti-slip effect is achieved. The problem that an existing stepping device cannot prevent slipping during steep-slope stepping is solved.

    本发明涉及一种掘进机下坡步进装置及掘进机下坡步进方法,属于隧道掘进技术领域。步进装置包括用于设置在步进平面上且支撑和固定掘进机主机的步进架,步进架上设置有防溜系统,防溜系统包括伸缩动力机构和连接在伸缩动力机构前端的防溜件,防溜件上设有用于与掘进机主机的刀盘顶压配合且前高后低的顶压面;掘进机主机步进时,防溜件向前移动至刀盘前方,以使防溜系统随步进架同步向前移动;步进结束时或掘进机主机下溜时,防溜件向后移动至刀盘位置处并使顶压面与刀盘顶压接触,进而利用刀盘自重下压防溜件,使防溜件与步进平面紧密接触,防止或阻止掘进机主机下溜,达到很好的防溜效果,解决现有步进装置在大坡度步进时无法防溜的问题。
