The invention provides an assembly type high-rise building steel frame structure mounting device and a control method, and the device comprises a vertical steel rail, a first steel frame, a second steel frame, a hoisting guide rail, a hoisting device, a console, a first winch and a second winch, the hoisting device foundation structure is formed by combining the vertical steel rails fixed to the two sides of the steel frames, the steel frames are carried to the set positions one by one through the winch, the hoisting guide rail and the hoisting device, accurate butt joint between the steel frames is achieved through accurate calibration of the laser calibrator, and the construction efficiency is improved. Automatic and accurate installation of the assembly type high-rise frame is achieved, the frame butt joint error is reduced, a large number of manpower and material resources are saved, meanwhile, the installation efficiency of the steel frame structure is improved, and the engineering construction quality and personnel safety are guaranteed.

    本发明提出了一种装配式高层建筑钢框架结构安装装置及控制方法,装置包括垂直钢轨、第一品钢框架、第二品钢框架、吊运导轨、吊运装置、控制台、第一卷扬机和第二卷扬机,本发明通过固定于钢框架两侧的垂直钢轨组合而成吊运装置基础结构,利用卷扬机、吊运导轨和吊运装置将钢框架逐个搬运到制定位置,通过激光校准仪精准校准,实现钢框架之间的精准对接,本发明实现了装配式高层框架的自动化精准安装,减小框架对接误差,节省了大量人力和物力资源,同时提高钢框架结构安装效率,保证工程建设质量和人员安全。
