The invention relates to an aircraft and a surface flexible anti-icing/deicing composite film and a preparation method thereof, the surface of a part of the aircraft is provided with the surface flexible anti-icing/deicing composite film, and the film comprises a first insulating film which is formed on the surface of a substrate through thermal spraying, magnetron sputtering, ion beam assisted deposition, chemical vapor deposition or magnetic filter cathode vacuum arc source deposition; the flexible electric heating film is positioned on the first insulating film and is arranged according to different working voltage and unit area power requirements; the second insulating film is located on the flexible electric heating film and is formed on the surface of the flexible electric heating film through thermal spraying, magnetron sputtering, ion beam auxiliary deposition or chemical vapor deposition; and the super-hydrophobic thin film is located on the second insulating thin film and is a CrN-based thin film with a super-hydrophobic structure formed on the surface of the second insulating thin film through magnetron sputtering, ion beam auxiliary deposition or magnetic filtering cathode vacuum arc source deposition. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the surface flexible anti-icing/deicing composite film.
