The brake parachute system comprises a parachute guiding device and a brake parachute device, the parachute guiding device comprises a parachute guiding cabin, a parachute guiding cabin cover detachably and fixedly arranged at a cabin opening of the parachute guiding cabin, a parachute guiding arranged in the parachute guiding cabin and a parachute opening device fixedly arranged in the parachute guiding cabin; the brake parachute device comprises a brake parachute cabin, a brake parachute arranged in the brake parachute cabin and a separating type connecting assembly fixedly arranged at an opening of the brake parachute cabin, the guide parachute cabin is fixedly arranged at a cabin opening of the brake parachute cabin through the separating type connecting assembly, and a pull rope is further connected between the brake parachute and the guide parachute cabin. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle launching device, the guided parachute device is arranged to preliminarily decelerate the launched unmanned aerial vehicle carrier, then the decelerating parachute device is utilized to decelerate the unmanned aerial vehicle carrier and adjust the posture of the unmanned aerial vehicle carrier, overlarge parachute opening impact load can be avoided, and therefore the launching requirement of the unmanned aerial vehicle carrier under the supersonic speed or even hypersonic speed high Mach number condition is met.
