The invention discloses a single-drive propeller pitch synchronous adjusting device and method of a coaxial contra-rotating propeller aircraft. The device comprises a main adjusting seat (1), a front sliding ring (2), a base (3), a front propeller hub (4), a front propeller blade (5), a rear propeller blade (6), a front adjusting base (7), a rear sliding ring (8), a rear adjusting base (9), a rear propeller hub (10), a motor support (12), a first rotating shaft (13), a second rotating shaft (14), a front guide rod (15), a rear guide rod (16), a variable propeller sleeve (17), a cylindrical pin (18), an adjusting push rod (19) and a limiting steel sleeve (20). The method comprises the steps that the number n of rotation turns of the servo motor is calculated, the servo motor is controlled to rotate, and therefore synchronous rotation of the front propeller blade (5) and the rear propeller blade (6) on the front propeller hub (4) and the rear propeller hub (5) is achieved. The synchronous fine adjustment device is simple in structure, and synchronous fine adjustment of angles of blade type components on different coaxial rotating shafts or fixed supports can be achieved.

    本发明公开共轴对旋螺旋桨飞行器的单驱动桨距同步调节装置及方法,装置包括主调整座(1)、前滑环(2)、基座(3)、前桨毂(4)、前桨叶(5)、后桨叶(6)、前调整基座(7)、后滑环(8)、后调整基座(9)、后桨毂(10)、电机支架(12)、第一转轴(13)、第二转轴(14)、前导向杆(15)、后导向杆(16)、变桨套(17)、圆柱销(18)、调整推杆(19)、限位钢套(20);方法步骤为:计算伺服电机应转动圈数n,控制伺服电机转动,从而实现前桨毂(4)、后桨毂(5)上的前桨叶(5)和后桨叶(6)同步转动。本发明结构简单,可实现对同轴心的不同转轴或固定支座上叶片类部件角度的同步微调。
