The invention discloses a railway vehicle traction brake stepless control circuit and method in a degradation mode. When the GOA4-grade vehicle is in the wriggling mode, the encoder is switched on; the ATC transmits the analog quantity signal to the encoder; the encoder converts the analog quantity signal into a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal and transmits the PWM signal to a traction and braking system of a GOA4-grade vehicle; for GOA2 and lower-grade vehicles, an encoder is switched on in an emergency traction mode; the driver controller transmits the analog quantity signal to the encoder; and the encoder converts the analog quantity signal into a PWM signal and transmits the PWM signal to a traction and braking system of GOA2 and lower-grade vehicles, so that traction/braking stepless control is realized. By taking the encoder as a carrier and combining with circuit switching, stepless control of traction or braking of the train in an emergency traction and wriggling mode is realized, accurate parking of the train is realized, the reliability under GOA4-level operation is ensured, and the reliability under GOA2-level operation and GOA2-level operation below are also ensured.

    本发明公开了一种降级模式下的轨道车辆牵引制动无级控制电路及方法。GOA4等级车辆,在蠕动模式下,编码器接通;ATC将模拟量信号传输给编码器;编码器将模拟量信号转化成PWM信号传给GOA4等级车辆的牵引和制动系统;GOA2及以下等级车辆,在紧急牵引模式下,编码器接通;司机控制器将模拟量信号传输给编码器;编码器将模拟量信号转化成PWM信号传给GOA2及以下等级车辆的牵引和制动系统,实现牵引/制动无级控制。本发明通过以编码器为载体结合电路切换,实现了列车在紧急牵引和蠕动模式下的无级控制车辆牵引或制动,实现列车精确停车,即保证了GOA4等级运行下的可靠性,又保证了GOA2及以下等级运行下的可靠性。
