The invention provides a structure provided with an aviation airplane wheel hub hot melting plug hole and a fatigue load design method, and belongs to the technical field of aviation brake airplane wheels, the aviation airplane wheel hub hot melting plug hole is of an L-shaped structure, a connecting hole is formed in the short side of the structure and used for fixing the structure to an electronic universal testing machine clamping tool, and a hot melting plug hole is formed in the long side of the structure. According to the fatigue load design method, the structure provided with the hot melting plug hole of the aviation airplane wheel hub is provided, the structure replaces the complete airplane wheel hub to conduct the fatigue test so as to evaluate whether the fatigue life of the hot melting plug hole of the weak part of the structure meets the test requirement or not, and by means of the fatigue load design method, the situation that a large number of complete hubs are used for conducting the fatigue test can be avoided; the test time and the test cost are saved, and simulation and test results show that the error of evaluating the fatigue life of the airplane wheel hub by adopting the method is within 10%.

    本发明提供一种设有航空机轮轮毂热熔塞孔的结构及疲劳载荷设计方法,属于航空刹车机轮技术领域,该航空机轮轮毂热熔塞孔为L形结构,该结构的短边设有连接孔,用于将该结构固定在电子万能试验机夹持工装上,长边设有热熔塞孔。本发明提出设有航空机轮轮毂热熔塞孔的结构,该种结构代替完整机轮轮毂进行疲劳试验,以评估结构薄弱部位热熔塞孔处的疲劳寿命是否满足试验要求,使用本发明提供的疲劳载荷设计方法,能避免大量使用完整轮毂进行疲劳试验,节省了试验时间和试验成本,且经过仿真和试验结果表明,采用此种方法评估机轮轮毂疲劳寿命误差在10%以内。
