The invention provides an automatic processing method for Z-shaped manipulation test data. Respectively acquiring ship state data, test sea area data and hydro meteorology data; in the normal displacement state, the ship sails linearly at a stable speed on a preset course at a full speed, a cruising speed and a low speed, after the ship is stabilized for 2-3 minutes, a right rudder is operated by 10 degrees at a high speed, when the course deviates rightwards from the original course by 10 degrees, a left rudder is operated by 10 degrees immediately, when the course deviates leftwards from the original course by 10 degrees, the right rudder is operated by 10 degrees immediately, and steering is repeated and continuously carried out for four times until the course deviates leftwards from the original course by 10 degrees. When the course passes through the original course for the fourth time, steering and returning to the center, and finishing a test; continuously recording data of the navigational speed, the rudder angle, the heading angle and the heading angular speed of the ship in the test process; continuously recorded test data are recorded and processed; and based on the processed data, carrying out analytical calculation on a wild book equation. The method is used for solving the problem of potential insufficiency in evaluation of the maneuverability of the ship.

    本发明提供一种针对Z形操纵试验数据自动处理方法。分别采集舰船状态、试验海区及水文气象的数据;舰船在正常排水量状态下,分别以全速、巡航航速和低速在预定航向上稳速直线航行,稳定2min~3min后,急速操右舵10°,待航向向右偏离原航向10°时,立即操左舵10°,当航向向左偏离原航向10°时,立即操右舵10°,以此反复连续操舵四次,当航向第四次经过原航向时,操舵回中,一次试验结束;连续记录试验过程中舰船的航速、舵角、艏向角和艏向角速度的数据;将连续记录的试验数据进行录取和处理;基于处理后的数据,对野本方程展开分析计算。本发明用以解决评定船舶操纵性能优劣时所具有的潜在不足的问题。
