The invention discloses a method for installing a large-dip-angle end screen with a cantilever structure on the upper portion, and the method comprises the steps: employing BIM modeling, simulating the installation process of the large-dip-angle end screen, and determining the arrangement position of an electric hoist and the position of a steel frame hoisting point; a single-truss steel truss and a multi-truss steel truss which form the steel frame are prefabricated and transported to a construction site; secondary splicing is conducted on the construction site; electric hoist hanging points are arranged on an inner ring beam of the steel structure of the stadium main body awning; hoisting the steel frame to a preset height by using a truck crane, and hanging a hook below the electric hoist on a hoisting point of the steel frame; after trial hoisting of the electric hoist is qualified, the steel frame is lifted through the electric hoist, and then unhooking operation of the truck crane is conducted; the truck crane withdraws the rod and leaves, and the steel frame is vertically lifted by an electric hoist; horizontally arranging an electric hoist to adjust the angle of the steel frame; after the angle of the steel frame is adjusted, the position and posture of the steel frame are measured again, the connecting suspender is welded, and the steel frame is fixed; and the blocks corresponding to the end screen are hoisted and installed on the steel frame.

    本发明公开了一种上方有悬挑结构的大倾角端屏的安装方法,其包括:采用BIM建模,模拟大倾角端屏安装过程,确定电动葫芦的布置位置和钢架起吊点的位置;预制构成钢架的单榀钢桁架和多榀钢桁架,将其运输至施工现场;在施工现场进行二次拼装;在体育场主体罩棚钢结构的内环梁上,布置电动葫芦吊挂点;利用汽车吊将钢架吊装至预设高度,将电动葫芦下方的挂钩系挂于钢架的起吊点;电动葫芦试吊合格后,利用电动葫芦提升钢架,随后进行汽车吊的摘钩作业;汽车吊收杆离开,利用电动葫芦垂直提升钢架;水平布置电动葫芦,调整钢架的角度;钢架角度调整后,复测钢架的位置和姿态,焊接连接吊杆,将钢架固定;将端屏对应的分块吊装并将其安装在钢架上。
