The invention provides a control method of a lifting platform. The control method comprises the following steps that S1, a control box receives a position detection instruction and a flow detection instruction from a main control computer; s2, the control box controls a position detector to detect the stroke of the oil cylinder according to the position detection instruction; s3, the control box controls a hydraulic oil flow detector to detect the hydraulic oil flow of the oil cylinder according to the flow detection instruction; s4, the control box receives the position information fed back by the position detector and the flow information fed back by the hydraulic oil flow detector; s5, the control box adopts PID control or fuzzy control to calculate the position information and the flow information; and S6, the control box controls the oil cylinder to act by adjusting the opening degree of the servo valve according to the calculation result. The double-loop PID control and fuzzy control of the position and the hydraulic flow are adopted, real-time closed-loop control can be achieved according to loads, the opening degree of the servo valve is continuously corrected, and therefore the action consistency of the lifting oil cylinder is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种举升平台的控制方法,包括如下步骤:S1.控制箱接收来自主控电脑的位置检测指令和流量检测指令;S2.控制箱根据位置检测指令控制位置检测器对油缸的行程进行检测;S3.控制箱根据流量检测指令控制液压油流量检测器对油缸的液压油流量进行检测;S4.控制箱接收位置检测器反馈的位置信息和液压油流量检测器反馈的流量信息;S5.控制箱采用PID控制或模糊控制,对位置信息和流量信息进行计算;S6.控制箱根据计算结果,通过调节伺服阀的开度来控制油缸动作。本发明采用位置和液压流量的双环PID控制和模糊控制,可根据负载实时闭环控制,不断修正伺服阀的开度,从而保证了举升油缸动作的一致性。
