The invention belongs to the technical field of scheduling decisions, and provides a scheduling device for coordinating multiple building elevators based on a dynamic time prediction scheduling algorithm, which comprises hardware and software. The hardware part comprises a controller, a human-computer interface, a switch and a network cable. And software is a dynamic time prediction scheduling algorithm. The controller and the human-computer interface are connected with each elevator at the far end through a network cable and a switch; a dynamic time prediction scheduling algorithm is operated in the controller; in one work cycle, the controller firstly obtains current operation data of each elevator through a network cable, then the most appropriate operation state of each elevator is obtained through calculation of a dynamic time prediction scheduling algorithm, a control instruction is generated, and finally the controller sends the control instruction to each elevator and the human-computer interface through the network cable. According to the invention, intelligent scheduling of a multi-storey building and a plurality of elevators can be realized, and the method can be used for optimal use scheduling decisions of elevators in buildings such as large shopping malls, large transportation hub areas, office buildings, residential buildings and the like.
