The invention provides an aviation driver seat with a light-weight high-bearing sideslip adjusting mechanism. The seat comprises a seat leg assembly, a guide rail assembly and a seat face assembly installed on the seat leg assembly, and the seat face assembly comprises a seat cushion and the sideslip adjusting mechanism arranged below the seat cushion. The left and right support plates of the seat surface are subjected to reasonable splitting, simulation optimization and test verification, so that a safe and reliable sideslip adjustment function can be provided for an aircraft pilot, the stress and strength requirements of the seat are also kept, the integrated design ingeniously avoids the cantilever loading working condition before sideslip, the optimal stress structure is achieved, and the service life of the seat is prolonged. The design goal of light weight and high bearing capacity of the seat is achieved to the maximum extent, verification of various load tests of the seat is not affected, and the seat can still firmly restrain a driver even in the falling collision impact process; in order to prevent misoperation of a driver, a front-and-back adjustment limiting mechanism is added after sideslip adjustment, and the situation that the side wall of the cabin is impacted by front-and-back adjustment after sideslip adjustment is avoided.
