The invention discloses a special railway line remote crossing automatic notification and safety joint control method and system, which does not need to install any equipment at a crossing, and develops an automatic notification module in the system on the basis of an existing railway automatic route system. A crossing plan automatic notification and safety joint control terminal is arranged in a remote crossing control center, the modules are operated, the terminal is connected with a remote crossing control terminal through a serial port, and a communication protocol is established to realize information interaction between operation route execution and crossing control; on the basis of selecting a crossing access control signal lamp for railway operation entering a crossing in each direction of each crossing in advance, an interlocking relationship is established between automatic execution and tracking of an operation plan, execution of a specific plan access control instruction, crossing control and opening and closing of a field crossing access control signal lamp; automatic real-time notification of a remote crossing operation plan and safety joint defense of crossing closing and driving operation are achieved, and the remote control crossing operation efficiency and safety guarantee are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了专用铁路线远程道口自动通知与安全联控方法与系统,其无需在道口新安装任何设备,以既有铁路自动进路系统为基础,在系统中开发自动通知模块,在远程道口控制中心设置道口计划自动通知及安全联控终端并运行上述模块,将该终端与远程道口控制终端间串口连接,建立通讯协议实现作业进路执行与道口控制间的信息交互;在事先选定每个道口各方向铁路作业进入道口的道口进路控制信号灯的基础上,通过在作业计划的自动执行与追踪、具体勾计划进路操控指令执行、道口操控及现场道口进路控制信号灯的开放与关闭间建立联锁关系,实现远程道口作业计划的自动实时通知及道口关闭与行车作业的安全联防,有效提高远程控制道口作业效率及安全保障。
