The invention relates to a full-automatic unmanned vehicle moving on-duty auxiliary device and method, and the device comprises a vehicle data collection unit which accesses full-automatic operation vehicle data and trackside key operation information; the vehicle data processing unit is used for carrying out unified processing on the collected data, writing the data into a real-time database and generating a fault alarm according to the state information; the vehicle data analysis unit is used for carrying out fusion analysis on the collected and processed data and carrying out positioning, reason analysis and influence analysis on complex faults; the portable instrument on-duty unit is used for acquiring key faults and operation information related to the vehicle in real time, so that a passenger on duty can quickly and actively acquire full-automatic vehicle operation information, and related troubleshooting guidance is provided; and the LTE communication unit is used for communicating with the portable on-duty unit through an LTE network and pushing key faults and operation of vehicles, stations and the like to the portable on-duty unit. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of guaranteeing operation reliability and the like.
