The invention provides an automatic driving vehicle-mounted sensor offset diagnosis method and device. The method comprises the steps that a target object is calibrated; obtaining detection results of at least the position of the target object by each vehicle-mounted sensor in a plurality of different scenes; obtaining detection results of at least the position of the target object based on a multi-sensor fusion detection method in a plurality of different scenes; and at least based on the detection result of each sensor on the position of the target object and the detection result of the multi-sensor fusion detection method on the position of the target object, diagnosing each sensor so as to determine whether a target sensor with position offset exists or not. According to the automatic driving vehicle-mounted sensor deviation diagnosis method, whether the sensor on the vehicle deviates or not can be quickly and accurately diagnosed.
