The invention discloses a power grid risk assessment and advanced scheduling method and system considering electric vehicle access, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining future charging load prediction data of each electric vehicle charging station, and generating a power grid future state model section; traversing a grid-connected power supply path, and aggregating the charging loads of the electric vehicles hung under the same grid-connected device; calculating ground state power flow for the future state of the power grid; carrying out risk assessment on whether the future state of the grid-connected equipment is out of limit or not; and if the future state is out-of-limit, charging load advanced scheduling is performed on the equipment capable of eliminating the out-of-limit through adjustment, then the ground state power flow is calculated again, and otherwise, an evaluation result of future state out-of-limit risk and whether the out-of-limit can be eliminated through adjustment is output. Refined management of the electric vehicle cluster is facilitated, the capability of participating in power grid dispatching of the electric vehicle charging load is improved, and then the reliability and stability of the power distribution network are improved.

    一种考虑电动汽车接入的电网风险评估和超前调度方法及系统,所述方法包括:获取各电动汽车充电站的未来充电负荷预测数据,生成电网未来态模型断面;遍历并网供电路径,对于同一个并网设备下挂接的电动汽车充电负荷进行聚合;对电网未来态计算基态潮流;对并网设备的未来态进行是否出现越限的风险评估;若未来态出现越限,则对能通过调整消除越限的设备进行充电负荷超前调度,然后再次计算基态潮流,否则输出未来态越限风险和是否能够通过调整消除越限的评估结果。有利于实现对电动汽车集群的精细化管理,提高电动汽车充电负荷参与电网调度的能力,进而提升配电网的可靠性与稳定性。
