The invention discloses an assembly calibration method for a steering system of a driverless car, the assembly condition of the steering system of the driverless car is analyzed by adopting linear driving and turning radius measurement, and the structure of the steering system is mainly composed of a steering motor, a steering shaft, an anti-roll rod and a displacement sensor. The steering assembly condition of the unmanned trolley is analyzed by measuring the linear deviation condition of the unmanned trolley and the turning radius of the unmanned trolley, whether steering assembly of the unmanned trolley deviates or not can be quickly analyzed, and steering assembly calibration of the trolley is facilitated.
