The movable door is used for covering the first through groove, and the bottom plate group is used for covering the second through groove, so that the inner cavity of the vehicle body is closed; during welding, the influence of external airflow is avoided, a construction platform can be constructed for welding work of workers by horizontally placing the bottom plate group, the workers can weld the pipeline in the vehicle body, and after welding is completed, the workers withdraw the operation vehicle and restore to a walking mode to continue operation of a next welded junction, so that the investment of construction equipment is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. And the working efficiency is improved, and the field construction problem is greatly solved.

    本发明提供一种管道作业车,车体为箱式结构,车体的前后端上开设有第一通槽,车体的底部开设有第二通槽,进而使车体的内腔呈弓形轮廓构造,用于跨穿管道;所述第一通槽旁侧的车体上铰接有活动门,所述活动门上构造有与管道的轮廓相对应的半圆孔洞,所述第二通槽旁侧的车体上铰接有底板组;所述活动门用于覆盖第一通槽,所述底板组用于覆盖第二通槽,使得车体的内腔封闭;在焊接时不受外界气流影响,底板组平放可以为工人的焊接工作构建施工平台,工人在车体内部就可以对管道进行焊接作业,焊接完成后,工人撤出作业车还原成行走模式继续下一道焊口的作业,减少了施工设备的投入,提高了工作效率极大解决了现场施工难题。
