The embodiment of the invention discloses a defect detection system, method and equipment for a boiler water cooling wall and a medium. The system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a detection management module and a wall-climbing robot, and the detection management module is in communication connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle and the wall-climbing robot; wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for collecting parameter information of a to-be-detected area of the water cooling wall of the boiler after receiving a defect detection instruction sent by the detection management module; the detection management module is used for determining a starting point coordinate and an end point coordinate corresponding to the to-be-detected area according to the parameter information; and the wall-climbing robot is used for determining a target path of the wall-climbing robot according to the starting point coordinate and the terminal point coordinate, so that the wall-climbing robot completes detection of the water-cooled wall defect area according to the target path. By means of the system, joint detection is conducted on the defect area of the boiler water cooling wall based on the unmanned aerial vehicle and the wall-climbing robot, the defect area is detected more accurately, the detection process is shortened, and the detection time is saved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种锅炉水冷壁的缺陷检测系统、方法、设备及介质,该系统包括:无人机、检测管理模块以及爬壁机器人,检测管理模块分别与无人机、爬壁机器人通信连接;其中,无人机,用于当接收到检测管理模块发送的缺陷检测指令后,采集锅炉水冷壁的待检测区域的参数信息;检测管理模块,用于根据参数信息,确定待检测区域对应的起始点坐标和终点坐标;爬壁机器人,用于根据起始点坐标和终点坐标,确定爬壁机器人的目标路径,以使爬壁机器人根据目标路径完成对水冷壁缺陷区域的检测。利用该系统,基于无人机和爬壁机器人对锅炉水冷壁的缺陷区域进行联合检测,实现了缺陷区域检测更准确,缩短了检测流程,节省了检测时间。
