The invention discloses an explosive bolt sealing device. The device comprises a connecting rod, an electric detonator, a cable, a rubber pad and a charging chamber, wherein a first wire passing hole and a pressure reducing cavity are formed in the connecting rod; the first wire passing hole is communicated with the pressure reducing cavity; a plurality of leads are arranged at one end of the electric detonator; the plurality of wires are arranged at intervals; a cable penetrates through the first wire passing hole and is connected with all the wires penetrating through the pressure reduction cavity; the rubber pad is arranged between the pressure reduction cavity and the electric detonator, a plurality of second wire passing holes are formed in the rubber pad, and the plurality of second wire passing holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of wires; one end of the charging chamber is an annular groove, and the other end is a T-shaped frame; the annular groove is of a lengthwise structure; the annular groove sequentially surrounds the electric detonator, the rubber pad and the connecting rod. And a plurality of second wire passing holes are formed in a rubber pad, so that a plurality of wires are sealed by the rubber pad, and after the annular groove is separated from the T-shaped frame, water flow is prevented from entering the control circuit of the aircraft along the cable, so that the circuit is prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开一种爆炸螺栓密封装置。该装置包括:连接杆、电爆管、电缆、橡胶垫和装药室,连接杆中设置有第一过线孔和减压腔;第一过线孔与减压腔相通;电爆管的一端上设置有多根导线;多根导线间隔设置;电缆穿过第一过线孔与全部的穿过减压腔的导线连接;橡胶垫设置于减压腔与电爆管之间,且橡胶垫上开设有多个第二过线孔,多个第二过线孔与多根导线一一对应设置;装药室的一端为环形槽,另一端为T型架;环形槽为纵长型结构;环形槽依次包围电爆管、橡胶垫、连接杆。通过在橡胶垫上设置多个第二过线孔,保证了多根导线之间也有橡胶垫进行密封,当环形槽与T型架分离后,防止了水流沿着电缆进入到航行器控制电路内部,从而损坏电路。
