The invention relates to a self-adaptive intelligent box holding and clamping device and a using method thereof. The self-adaptive intelligent box holding and clamping device comprises a mounting base, and a left clamping arm and a right clamping arm which can transversely move correspondingly are mounted on the left side and the right side of the mounting base correspondingly; the group of driving oil cylinders are respectively used for driving the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to transversely move along the mounting seat; the anti-skid rubber plates are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the left clamping arm and the inner side of the right clamping arm respectively, and a corresponding pressure sensor is fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the inner side of at least one anti-skid rubber plate inwards; the laser distance measuring sensor is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the top of the mounting seat; the pressure sensor and the laser distance measuring sensor are respectively connected to the control system, and the working process of the driving oil cylinder is controlled by the control system. According to the carton clamping device, a carton containing cargoes can be effectively and stably clamped, and the clamping force can be controlled within a small reasonable range.

    本发明涉及一种自适应智能箱体抱夹装置及其使用方法,所述自适应智能箱体抱夹装置包括安装座,所述安装座的左右两侧分别可横向移动安装有相应的左夹臂和右夹臂;一组驱动油缸,分别用于驱动所述左夹臂、右夹臂沿所述安装座进行横向移动;一组防滑橡胶板,分别固定装置于所述左夹臂和右夹臂的内侧,至少有一个防滑橡胶板的内侧下部向内固定装置有一相应的压力传感器;激光测距传感器,固定装置于所述安装座的顶部上侧;控制系统,所述压力传感器、以及激光测距传感器分别连接到所述控制系统上,所述驱动油缸的工作进程由所述控制系统进行控制。本发明既能够有效对装置有货物的纸箱形成稳固的抱夹,且能够将抱夹力控制在较小的合理范围内。
