The invention belongs to the technical field of cross-medium aircraft test devices, and discloses an impact hydroplaning track of an overwater high-speed towing system and a design and use method. The device comprises an impact hydroplaning track body, an inflation air bag, an inflation pump and an inflation pipeline. The impact hydroplaning track body bears the gravity load of an aircraft test model and a steel structure track and buoyancy generated by an inflatable airbag in water, so that the load of a rotating support and the driving load of a hydraulic rod in a water high-speed towing system are reduced; and the angle control precision of the impact water entry sliding track and the safety of a water high-speed towing system are improved. The design method comprises the steps of determining the size of the impact hydroplaning track body, determining the layout number of the inflation air bags, and determining the power of the inflation pump and the size of the inflation pipeline. The using method comprises the steps of installing the impact water-entry sliding track body, setting the included angle of the impact water-entry sliding track body on the water surface, inflating the inflatable air bag, carrying out impact water entry, carrying out a water-exit sliding test and carrying out daily maintenance.
