The invention discloses a long-distance operation control system and method for a heavy object salvage and recovery device based on NI cRIO. The system is provided with an underwater controller module, a water surface operation control input module, an underwater equipment operation control module, a hydraulic system control module, an auxiliary operation control module, a directional positioning automatic control module, an underwater state data monitoring module and a data storage and state early warning module. A three-layer control structure of a water surface console, an upper computer server and an underwater salvage recovery controller is designed in a layered manner by taking an NI cRIO controller as a center, the water surface console realizes control input and data display, the upper computer server realizes transfer and synchronization of control commands and state data, and the underwater salvage recovery controller realizes underwater salvage recovery. The underwater salvage and recovery controller executes a carrying equipment controller, a motion controller, a clamp controller, a lifting frame controller and a hydraulic pump controller, and has the functions of manual/automatic control switching, real-time state monitoring, remote data transmission and the like, so that the salvage and recovery operation of heavy objects is more intelligent and informationized.

    本发明公开了基于NI cRIO的重型物打捞回收装置长距离操作控制系统和方法,具有水下控制器模块、水面操作控制输入模块、水下设备操作控制模块、液压系统控制模块、辅助操作控制模块、定向定位自动控制模块、水下状态数据监测模块、数据存储与状态预警模块;以NI cRIO控制器为中心,分层次设计了水面操控台、上位机服务器、水下打捞回收控制器三层控制结构,水面操控台实现控制输入和数据显示,上位机服务器实现控制命令和状态数据的中转和同步,水下打捞回收控制器执行搭载设备控制器、运动控制器、夹钳控制器、吊装架控制器、液压泵控制器,具有手动/自动控制切换、实时状态监测、远距离数据传输等功能,使重型物打捞回收作业更具智能化和信息化。
