The invention belongs to the technical field of emergency parking of urban rail transit, and particularly relates to an implementation method and system for a portable intelligent emergency parking button, and the method comprises the following steps: judging the position range and use scene of the portable intelligent emergency parking button according to a wireless positioning technology; sending the first information to a train-mounted computer according to the use scene and the position range; after the first information is received, safety braking measures are taken according to the distance between the train and the position range where the portable intelligent emergency stop button is located; and after safety braking measures are taken and danger removal is confirmed, an emergency stop recovery command is sent to cancel the safety braking measures. According to the emergency stop button, the type of the emergency stop button is improved from a fixed type and a non-intelligent type to a portable type and an intelligent type, the emergency stop button is used as a supplement of the fixed type emergency stop button and can be used by workers, and the train emergency stop function can be efficiently and conveniently achieved; and the use scene is wide and is not limited to a traditional station platform any more.
