The included angle between the second reference surface and the blade angle adjusting reference body is adjustable, and the second reference surface is matched with the surface of a blade angle measuring position; the blade angle measuring reference body comprises a measuring reference surface and a measuring surface, a pre-bias included angle is formed between the measuring reference surface and the measuring surface, the blade angle measuring reference body is hinged to the blade angle measuring reference mounting seat, and the measuring reference surface is matched with the second reference surface of the blade angle adjusting reference.
