The cord thread at least comprises two strands of nylon 6 silk threads, each strand of nylon 6 silk threads is subjected to Z-direction first twisting to form plied yarns, and all the plied yarns are stranded and subjected to S-direction second twisting opposite to the first twisting direction to form the nylon cord thread. The specification of the nylon cord thread is any one of 840D/2, 1260D/2 and 1890D/2; the first twist number of the nylon 6 silk yarn is 5%-50% lower than that of the traditional nylon 6 silk yarn with the same specification; the twisting angle of the nylon 6 silk yarn is 1-6 degrees lower than that of the traditional nylon 6 silk yarn with the same specification; the second twisting number of the nylon 6 plied yarn is 5%-50% lower than that of the traditional nylon 6 plied yarn with the same specification; the second twisting angle of the nylon 6 plied yarn is 2-12 degrees lower than that of the traditional nylon 6 plied yarn with the same specification; and the density of the nylon 6 silk yarns is 7D-12D. The tire prepared from the nylon cord provided by the invention breaks through the limitation that the nylon 6 cord is poorer in performance and size stability than the application in the tire, and the purpose of reducing the cost can be achieved on the premise of maintaining the performance of the tire.
