The invention relates to a deicing system and a deicing method for the front edge of an aircraft airfoil, the deicing system combines pneumatic belt deicing and electric heating deicing into a whole, the deicing system comprises a deicing sleeve, an air pipeline and a heating circuit, the deicing sleeve is adhered to the front edge of the aircraft airfoil and is of a U-shaped composite multi-layer structure, and the air pipeline is connected with the heating circuit. The deicing sleeve comprises a bonding layer, an inflation tube layer, a transition layer, a heating layer and a surface protection layer, the inflation tube layer comprises a plurality of parallel tubular air bags, each tubular air bag is communicated with an air pipeline, the heating layer comprises a heating resistor, and the temperature can be adjusted through a heating controller. And the adhesive force between ice and the deicing sleeve is reduced, so that the ice can be crushed by the air bag more easily and removed from the front edge of the airfoil of the aircraft, residual ice on the surface of the deicing sleeve after a plurality of deicing cycles can be reduced, and the deicing effect is improved.
