The invention discloses an oil-water separation and replacement oil tank oil-water dynamic inlet and outlet system and a control method. The system comprises an oil tank and an oil bag, a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the oil tank, and a plurality of ultrasonic sensors are arranged on the inner side of the top of the oil tank; an oil inlet pipeline and an oil suction pipeline are arranged at the top of the oil tank, the bottom of the oil tank is communicated with a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline, and the oil inlet pipeline, the oil suction pipeline, the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipeline are all connected with pump bodies and flow sensors; the system further comprises a data processing module, and the multiple pressure sensors and the multiple ultrasonic sensors are all connected with the data processing module. The data processing module is connected with a control module, the control module is connected with the pump body, and the control module controls the pump body to work according to the volume of the oil and the volume of the water. Dynamic balance of the total volume of liquid in the oil tank is achieved, and the effect of maintaining the gravity center, the floating state and the stability of a ship in the sailing process is achieved.

    本发明公开一种油水隔离置换的油舱油水动态进出系统及控制方法,所述系统包括油舱和油囊;所述油舱底部内侧设置有若干压力传感器,所述油舱顶部内侧设置有若干超声波传感器;所述油舱顶部设置有进油管道和吸油管道,所述油舱底部连通有进水管道和出水管道,所述进油管道、吸油管道、进水管道和出水管道上均连接有泵体和流量传感器;所述系统还包括数据处理模块,若干所述压力传感器和若干所述超声波传感器均与数据处理模块连接;所述数据处理模块连接有控制模块,所述控制模块与泵体连接,控制模块根据油的体积和水的体积控制泵体工作。本发明实现了油舱内液体总体积的动态平衡,达到维持船舶航行过程中的重心、浮态和稳性的效果。
