The invention provides an integral type electric platform frame and a using method. The integral type electric platform frame comprises a left longitudinal beam, a right longitudinal beam and a plurality of cross beams connected with the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam. The left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are both integrally bent and formed and provided with protruding parts protruding outwards, and the protruding size of the protruding parts can be adjusted by adjusting the bending angles of the protruding parts. A first cross beam and a second cross beam are arranged on two sides of the protruding part, first connecting frames are connected to two ends of the first cross beam and two ends of the second cross beam respectively, and the first connecting frames are connected to corners of the top of the protruding part respectively; the side ends of the two ends of the first cross beam and the side ends of the two ends of the second cross beam are connected with second connecting frames correspondingly, and the second connecting frames are connected to the corners of the roots of the protruding parts correspondingly. The battery pack is connected with the protruding parts on the two sides, the first cross beam and the second cross beam to be installed on the vehicle frame and located on the inner sides of the protruding parts, the first cross beam and the second cross beam, the problem that the concentration ratio of the battery pack of an oil-to-electricity platform vehicle frame is poor is solved, and the weight and the production cost of the whole vehicle frame are reduced.

    本发明提供一种整体式电动平台车架及使用方法,包括左纵梁、右纵梁及连接左纵梁、右纵梁的多根横梁。左纵梁和右纵梁均一体折弯成型且均设有朝外凸出的凸出部,通过调整凸出部的折弯角度实现凸出部凸出尺寸可调。凸出部两侧设有第一横梁、第二横梁,第一横梁两端、第二横梁两端分别连接有第一连接架,第一连接架分别连接在凸出部顶部的拐角处;第一横梁两端的侧端和第二横梁两端的侧端分别连接第二连接架,第二连接架分别连接在凸出部的根部拐角处。电池包通过与两侧的凸出部、第一横梁和第二横梁连接安装到车架上,且位于凸出部、第一横梁、第二横梁的内侧,改变了油改电平台车架的电池包集中度差的问题,降低了整体车架的重量和生产成本。
