The invention discloses an electric vehicle spontaneous combustion monitoring and warning system and method for a charging station, the system comprises a visual detection device and at least one temperature acquisition device in communication connection with the visual detection device, the temperature acquisition device comprises a parking lock installed on a charging parking space, the parking lock is provided with at least one infrared sensor, and the infrared sensor is connected with the visual detection device. The infrared sensor is used for collecting vehicle bottom temperature data of a charged vehicle on the charging parking space and transmitting the collected vehicle bottom temperature data to the visual detection device. The visual detection device comprises a camera, an algorithm module and a fire judgment module, the camera is used for collecting images on the charging parking space, the algorithm module is used for receiving the images and calculating image data according to a built-in smoke and flame recognition algorithm, and the fire judgment module receives the image data and temperature data and sends the image data to the charging parking space; and judging whether the image data and the temperature data are normal or not, and if the image data and the temperature data are abnormal, judging that a fire occurs. The vehicle spontaneous combustion alarm accuracy in the charging station is improved, and the false alarm rate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种充电站用电动汽车自燃监控告警系统和方法,系统包括视觉检测装置和与视觉检测装置通信连接的至少一个温度采集装置,温度采集装置包括安装在充电停车位上的地锁,地锁上设置有至少一个红外传感器,红外传感器用于采集充电停车位上充电车辆的车底温度数据,并将采集到的车底温度数据传输至视觉检测装置。视觉检测装置包括摄像头、算法模块和火灾判断模块,摄像头用于采集充电停车位上的图像,算法模块用于接收图像并根据内置的烟雾和火焰识别算法计算出图像数据,火灾判断模块接收图像数据和温度数据,并判断图像数据和温度数据是否正常,若两者均异常则判定有火灾发生。提高充电站内车辆自燃告警准确度,降低误报率。
