The invention relates to a power battery device, a power battery system and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The power battery device comprises: a battery compartment, which is installed on a vehicle body of an electric vehicle; the power battery is separably mounted in the battery compartment; the cooling pipeline comprises a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe which are connected to the power battery, and each of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe comprises a first pipeline, a second pipeline and an electric control connector; one of the first pipeline and the second pipeline is connected to the battery bin, the other one is connected to the power battery, and the electric control connector is installed at the end, in butt joint with the second pipeline, of the first pipeline. Wherein the electric control connector has a locking state and an unlocking state; in a locking state, the electric control joint is clamped with the second pipeline; and in the unlocking state, the electric control connector is separated from the second pipeline. The power battery device can separate the power battery which is about to be subjected to thermal runaway from the battery bin, so that the safety of vehicles and personnel is protected, the application range is wide, and the reliability is high.
