The invention relates to an aircraft scene collision avoidance method and system based on an elastic electronic fence mechanism, belongs to the technical field of aviation, and can realize identification, collision detection and early warning of dynamic and static targets on a scene by an aircraft and improve the efficiency and safety of scene operation management. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring aircraft information; s2, constructing a first layer of electronic fence according to the aircraft body information and the real-time position; constructing a second layer of electronic fence according to the real-time position and the real-time course of the airplane; an area between the two electronic fences is a warning buffer area; according to the real-time speed of the airplane, the span of the warning buffer area is elastically adjusted; s3, acquiring real-time three-dimensional coordinate information of each marked or non-marked target and three-dimensional coordinate information of the airport static target; s4, comparing the three-dimensional coordinate information with the boundaries of the two layers of electronic fences to obtain relative distance information; s5, judging whether there is a collision conflict or not, and performing graded warning; and S6, calculating collision detection information in real time until no alarm is given.

    本发明涉及一种基于弹性电子围栏机制的飞机场面避撞方法及系统,属于航空技术领域,能够实现飞机对场面上的动态和静态目标的识别和碰撞检测及预警,提高场面运行管理的效率和安全性;该方法包括:S1、获取飞机信息;S2、根据飞机本体信息和实时位置构建第一层电子围栏;根据飞机的实时位置和实时航向构建第二层电子围栏;两电子围栏之间的区域为警戒缓冲区;根据飞机的实时速度,弹性调整警戒缓冲区的跨度;S3、获取各标记或非标记目标的实时三维坐标信息以及机场静态目标三维坐标信息;S4、将各三维坐标信息和两层电子围栏边界进行对比,获得相对距离信息;S5、判断有碰撞冲突时分等级告警;S6、实时计算碰撞检测信息直至无告警。
