The invention discloses a vehicle collision avoidance path determination method and device, a storage medium and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps of obtaining position information, state information of a dangerous target, working condition information of a vehicle and a steering intention of a target object; generating a plurality of alternative avoidance paths based on the position information, the state information, the steering intention and the working condition information; according to the assignment information corresponding to each avoidance path, determining a detection area for detecting a part of the avoidance paths in the plurality of avoidance paths, and detecting each avoidance path in the detection area to obtain a detection result; the detection result in the detection area is that no collision occurs. Therefore, the vehicle can be quickly and accurately prevented from colliding with the dangerous target, and the safety of passengers in the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种车辆避撞路径的确定方法、确定装置、存储介质和车辆。其中,该方法包括:获取位置信息、危险目标的状态信息和车辆的工况信息,以及目标对象的转向意图;基于位置信息、状态信息、转向意图和工况信息,生成多条备选的避让路径;根据各避让路径对应的赋值信息,确定对多条避让路径中部分避让路径进行检测的检测区域,对检测区域内的各避让路径进行检测,获得检测结果;在检测区域内的检测结果为未发生碰撞。使得车辆可以快速精准的防止车辆与危险目标发生碰撞,对车内乘客的安全起到了保障。
